Out of State Distance Education grievance policy

Out-of-state students enrolled in distance education participating under SARA (State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement), who have completed the internal institutional grievance process and the state grievance process, may appeal non-instructional complaints to the FL-SARA PRDEC Council.
