Patient Care Technician Program

Objective: To train individuals for entry level positions in the field of Patient Care Technician / Home Health Aide / Phlebotomy: teaching them the theory and skills of all aspects of patient care assistance enabling them to have a better chance of obtaining employment in this or related job categories. This program is valid in all the United States, except California.

Program Overview

To show potential employers you have the skills and experience to be employed, you will need to earn a Patient Care Technician Diploma. At CMVC, a patient care technician diploma is achievable by enrolling in the Online states only Patient Care Tech Training program or in person at our Kendall or Hialeah campus. CMVC’s patient care technician job training program is 45 weeks long, with 915 clock hours.

You will earn real experience

Compu-Med gives you real-life experience with our Patient Care Technician Program. Students will be placed in Nursing Homes, Health Care Centers, Rehabilitation facilities or extended care facilities to get hands-on experience before graduation.
